Enquiries sent through this website
If you send an enquiry, we store your name, phone number, postcode, the service you are interested in, your message and, if you give it, your email address. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the work you ask about. They are kept in a secure database run by Cloudflare and are also emailed to us. We delete enquiries when we no longer need them, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time by calling 07423 129067.
Reviews left on this website
If you leave a review, we store the name you type in and the text of your review. We use them only to show your review on this website once it has been checked, and we do not ask for or store your email address or phone number.
Your review is kept in a secure database run by Cloudflare. Cloudflare also runs a short "are you a person" check on the form to stop spam, which may use technical details from your browser. We are also sent an email to let us know a review is waiting to be checked.
We keep reviews for as long as we show them. To have yours removed, call 07423 129067 or use the contact page.
